Easy Green Room & Apartments is the innovative catalog of fornitures and finishes for eco-friendly hotels and apartments, made to help you creating a new green hotel or renewing an existing one. Each functional module is designed and manufactured according to the criteria of environmental sustainability of EcoEvaluation ® label, allowing them to ensure 100% of materials and finishes with environmental certification, control of energy production and use, disposal or reuse of waste materials.
All finishes (colors for walls, floors, etc..) are selected to ensure environmental sustainability and safety for the host's health. The environmental performance of each module (double bed, single bed, shelves, desks, etc..) is objectively measured and evaluated in terms of kWh/sqm, CO2 and type of materials. Each room or apartment furnished with Easy Green Room furniture and finishes is labeled EcoEvaluation ® ECO Class A.
The system of electric hook and low-consumption LED lighting integrated in each module allows you to obtain substantial savings on construction work costs of restructuring, minimizing the electrical chases in walls and ceilings and eliminating the need for central room lighting. The structure of the modules, thanks to their "stand alone mode", also allows you to distribute the spaces of your room or apartment without the construction of fixed partitions.
